The Minster solution can provide management information in a number of different ways. There is a comprehensive set of standard reports, which include:
- Profitability by product
- Customer analysis
- Profitability by representative or order taker
- Analysis of warehouse performance
Minster will also support an executive information system. The solution will allow a third party tool, such as Cognos and Microsoft Access, to analyse the core data, for example customer or product sales analysis, customer service levels, picking performance, stock holding and valuation, supplier performance, and best selling products.
